	Where do I start? From the outset we have had trouble with this agency. Our calls and emails are never returned. Agreements are broken and important data such as our inventory is 'lost'. The agency does not act as a go between with our landlord and instead tells us to go to them with our problems, including agreements laid out with the agency. Extremely disorganised, unprofessional and rude to deal with. Will never use again - even if it's my dream home!

	This company is lacking in the excellence that it quotes on its website. My dealings with them have been met with incompetence all along the way. Paperwork was awash with errors. Inventory was never complete. Matters regarding the property were never settled. We've left them and are now having to dispute the final settlement of money. Avoid this Esate Agent at all costs its not worth the hassle. tim.welsted@yahoo.co.uk
