| Hipright Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
If you are looking for a supplier of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) in the East Midlands then look no further than Hipright.
Business partners David Lea & Christopher Evans are both fully government accredited Domestic Energy Assessors and hold full Professional indemnity & Personal Liability insurance.
For an EPC we cover all of Northamptonshire, Milton Kenyes, Bedford, Rugby, Daventry, Coventry, Leighton Buzzard, Market Harborough, south Leicester and all surrounding villages & areas. Please call us to check if we cover your location.
An average EPC will take up to 1 hour but this will vary depending on the size and complexity of the property. We will need access to all areas of the property but in particular the roof void, heating system and gas & electirc meters.
From 1st October 2008 an EPC will be required on all sale and rental properties. For the rental market the EPC will be valid for 10 years and be required to be shown to all new tenants from the above date.
