HIPs & EPCs
Our aim is to provide flexible solutions to the property market and provide a quality service that is fast, efficient and competitively priced.
We have a qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor within the company and therefore aim to have the assessment carried out within 2 working days, with the complete Home Information Pack (HIP) to you within 14 days. You can choose to receive the pack by post or by online access.
We can provide the complete HIP, just the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or the HIP without the EPC (if you can provide this yourself).
· Complete Home Information Pack for only £250; disbursements may be required for leasehold or commonhold properties, unregistered properties and additional searches.
· Energy Performance Certificate for only £65 (for DA and ME postcodes). Areas further afield will be considered.
· Home Information Pack without EPC for only £200; disbursements may be required for leasehold or commonhold properties, unregistered properties and additional searches.
As you are aware according to EU Law all rental properties in England and Wales will require an EPC from October 2008. This applies to Landlords when their property is rented out to new tenants from 1st October 2008.
Discounts available for EPCs carried out in the same locality and on the same day i.e. properties in the same block of flats.
